you're invited to a pitty party

Well, just like the rest of eastern idaho we're sick with the yuck that's going around....and some that isn't "going around".
Buster has got a cold, runny nose, and a little cough.
Gickos has had a cold his entire life, but today he threw up and is coughing like a mad man.
Taloopydoo is coughing and has a yucky nose, he also acts like his throat hurts.
I've got UTI, sore throat, and ear infection and a bad case of no sleep.
I think I might run away to my Mom's house so she can spoil me some more.
It's a pitty party....so share your story with me.

  1. First of all, your baby is ADORABLE! He is so precious; congrats!! Second, I think that some time with your mother is exactly what you need. I have had a couple of times right after having a baby, where I got mastitis (sp?) really bad. I went to my mom's for a few days, and she took really good care of me and the kids, and we all healed a lot faster than I think we would have otherwise. I am so sorry, I hope you all get feeling well soon.

p.s. warm garlic oil in the ear works great for ear infections. (not too hot) My kids all had the same exact thing this week...it sucks.

  2. Oh man, Jing. I'm so sorry you have all been sick. It is no fun at all. I thing you should go to your mom's house and get spoiled like crazy. When I had morning sickness with Jeff, I started getting really depressed too. I went home and the magic of home took away my morning sickness and I got happy. There is just something about home and moms. Especially when they are cooking yummy things to eat. Hope you all get better soon.

  3. You poor thing! Natalie had the croup after Hallie was born and I thought I had it rough. Let me know if I can do anything to help. Feel better soon!

  6. I have tons of pity for you. Mom's are like miracles- they always make you feel better. And sometimes just having help with the kids makes you feel instantly lighter. Plus if you get some sleep I bet your illnesses will disappear! Plus, if you come see your mom, I might bring you some chocolate and sneak a peek at the new sweet boy!
