1 chocolate cake mix

2 eggs

1/2 c oil

Mix all together, it should be pretty thick...somewhat like cookie dough.

Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes. Let cool.

Filling

2 c powdered sugar

1 8oz package cream cheese

1/2 c butter

let the butter and cream cheese soften before mixing, it should cream together nicely. scoop a generous between two cookies.

keep refrigerated
